Vision & Mission

The Vision of SAHARDA

"To strengthen rural agriculture cooperatives, microfinance, and rural development efforts in India through awareness and capacity building, with the goal of enhancing the quality of life for underprivileged families."

The Mission of SAHARDA

To enhance the effectiveness of Rural Agriculture Cooperatives, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and microfinance initiatives through the development of comprehensive training modules and exposure-based capacity-building programs for all stakeholders. SAHARDA is committed to promote corporate governance practices within rural cooperative management through targeted training interventions.

We undertake evaluation studies and case analyses to assess program outcomes and recommend strategic improvements. Our mission includes sharing the successful Bidar model of SHG development through primary cooperatives and broader rural development practices not only in India but developing nations across Africa, South Asia, and Europe.

Furthermore, we aim to advance socio-economic development by fostering financial literacy and livelihood opportunities, particularly among women and youth, through self-help and empowerment initiatives.
